| Description | B7H4是含V-set結構域的T細胞活化抑制劑1（VTCN1），也稱為B7x，是B7家族的成員，是一種抑制性免疫檢查點。它通過抑制T細胞的活化、增殖、細胞因子的產(chǎn)生和細胞毒性的發(fā)展負調(diào)控T細胞介導的免疫應答。當表達于腫瘤巨噬細胞表面時，與調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞（Treg）一起在抑制腫瘤相關抗原特異性T細胞免疫中發(fā)揮重要作用。 |
