Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit 是通過(guò)對 ATP 進(jìn)行定量來(lái)測定培養物中活細胞 數目的一種快速均質(zhì)檢測方法。ATP 是活細胞新陳代謝的關(guān)鍵指標。與傳統的 MTT 比色法 不同，這種基于高靈敏度生物發(fā)光方法的檢測技術(shù)，不受化合物自發(fā)熒光的影響，極大的壓 縮了操作時(shí)間和提高了檢測的靈敏度。

2. 半衰期  Figure 3. 生物發(fā)光穩定性的檢測。分別使用Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit和進(jìn)口P公司同類(lèi)對照對2萬(wàn)個(gè)/孔CTLL-2細胞（左圖）和5萬(wàn)個(gè)/孔UC-MSC細胞（右圖）進(jìn)行持續3小時(shí)的生物發(fā)光強度檢測。
3. 線(xiàn)性  Figure 4. 比較不同細胞數的線(xiàn)性范圍。分別使用Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit和進(jìn)口P公司同類(lèi)對照檢測不同數量CHO-K1細胞（CD-CHO培養基）在黑色96孔板中生物發(fā)光強度，制成標準曲線(xiàn)。
